Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651", APR 16 1984

The Municipal Counc!! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquittam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
is more particularly described as:

Block 14
District Lots 231 & 288
Group One

Plan 4667

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from A=! to Me1 and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port
Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" jis hereby amended to reflect this
rezoning.

This Bylaw-may be cited for all purposes as ‘the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2024",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council! this 12th day of March, 1984.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of March, 1984,

By law No. 2023: to rezone Lot 13, District Lot 288, Group One, Plan 4667,
New westminster District, from A-1 to Me].

Bylaw No. 2024: to rezone Block 14, District Lots 231 & 288, Group One, Plan
4667, New westminster District, from A-1 to Meal.

The properties described above are located at 1765 Coast Meridian Road and 1725
Coast Meridian Road and are being rezoned in order that industrial uses permitted
‘In the M-! zone may be established on the property and it is expected that
buildings, structures, etc. will ‘be erected thereon.
