NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MAR 26 1984

ZONING BYLAW

The Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold
a Public Hearing in the Counci! Chambers, Port Coquitiam City Hall, 2272 McAliister
Avenue, Port Coquitiam, 8.C. on Monday, March 26th, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the
following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.
1651"; -

Bylaw No. 2019: to remove the Zone Designation of A=1 assigned to the area shown on.
@ plan of proposed subdivision of Lot 11 of the Fractional Southeast Quarter, Section
6, Township 40, Plan 4318, New Westminster District; which said subdivision pian
includes the Northerly 3.048 m of Road shown closed on the Plan attached to and made
i the "Rae Street Lane (Plan 2012) Road Ciosure Bylaw, 1984, No. 2018" prepared ‘by
Helge Jacobsen and Associates, Professional 8.C. Land Surveyors and shown on their
drawing bearing File No. S-84-5054~7 and to apply the following Zone Designations:

(a) RS=1 to Lot 1, containing an area of 818 sq.m as shown on the pian of proposed
subdivision aforesaid; and,

(b) RS-1A to Lot 2, Lot 3, and Lot 4, said lots containing 459 sq.m, 375 sq.m,
and 375 sq.m, respectively.

This property is located at 780 Prairie Avenue and is being rezoned to permit the
subdivision thereof into four separate parcels which will be used as sites for single .
family dwellings. ’

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents may be inspected in the
Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquititam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on regular business days, from the date
of this Notice until the Public Hearing.

All persons who deem their interest? in property affected by the proposed bylaw
shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Pubiic Hearing on matters
contained in the bylaw. .
