This By-law has bean fully checked with, our Solicitor, and on his advice the
By-law 4e worded ao a replacement for the City’s present Soil Removal Regulation and
Permit By-law rather ‘Shan as an amendment thereof. Our Solicitor advised us te take

thie coursa in view of tha numerous changes being nade.
