Re: Standards of Conduct — Elected Officials

Alderman Wright has asked me, to draw the suggested ethical Standards of Conduct
for Elected- Local Government Officials that are reproduced on the reverse side

of this memorandum te the Council's attention.

These Standards were endorsed by the 1981 U.B.C.M. Convention and it is our
understanding that Alderman Wright intends to discuss their specific applicability
‘to the Port Coquitlam Council.
