LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot A, District Lot 380, Plan 4986 BACKGROUND: The site in question is fronting on Hastings Street and is adjacent to Maple Creek Development, a very Similar project. The site area is approximately 89,800 square feet. It is proposed that a section of public road allowance be included. This will increase the total site area to 102,886 square feet. i i t a é H 4 i } ' 4 ? } t ‘ i 1 q The site is bisected by Maple Creek and consequently development in the form of conventional subdivision is difficult and inefficient, The proposed develop- ment appears to be a logical and viable alternative. The proposal is to construct 14 single detached houses on the north side of the creek and to retain the land on the south side in its natural state for the use by the residents within the project.
