Arms" at 3261 Coast Meridian Road. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Ranger: That as requested by Messrs. John Blake and Fred Traff, January 10th, 1978 the establishment. of a Neighbourhood Public House at 3261 Coast Meridian Road be approved. Carried. Prior to passage of the foregoing resoluticn a short discussion ensued and Alderman Traboulay asked why the proposal should not go back to the Planning and Zoning Committee for recommendation and Alderman Laking advised the Planning and Zoning Committee had dealt with the Matter some time ago and the Neighbourhood Public House now needs Council's approval. Alderman Ranger stated that it would be unfair to make the applicants endure any more referrals at this late stage. Aiderman Ranger asked why the Neighbourhood Pub Hours should end at 11:00 p.m. when other licenced premises could stay open until 1:00 a.m. and the applicants replied they could apply to the Council for extended hours later. Wild Duck Inn, From the Wild Duck Inn, February 16th, 1978 asking permission to Feb. 16/78 re Extended Hours extend the opening hours in the "A" Pub premises to 1:00 a.m. in their recently renovated Public House area. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That as requested by the Wild Duck Inn, February 16th, 1978 the extension of the opening hours to 1:00 a.m. in the "A" Pub premises be approved. Chamber From the Coquitlam Chamber of Commerce, February lst, 1978 asking lof Commerce, Feb. 1/78 re Council's concurrence with the proposed new name of "Po-Co-Mo" for the Changing Name Chamber of Commerce. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That as requested by the Coquitlam Chamber of Commerce, February ist, 1978 Council concur with the proposed new name "Po-Co-Mo" for the Coquitlam Chamber of Commerce.
