That the Subdivision Plan of Lot 51 and a Portion of Lot 52 of the
North-west Quarter Section 6, Township 40,.Plan 30587, New Westminster
District prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S., and sworn correct by hin
on February 7th, 1972 wherein Lots 118 to 122 are created and wherein the
Remainder of Lot 52, Plan 30587 {s left with a frontage upon the Highway

Of less than 1/lU0th of its perimeter, be approved;

AND THAT the Plan of Subdivision aforesaid be exempted from the

minimum.frontage preseribed under Section 712(1) of the Municipal Act and

the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By~law, 1970, No. 992",
Carried."
