The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Singte Family Residential) to C-2 (Neighbourhood
Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979,
No, 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquittam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No, 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No, 2245",
