However, it should be noted that the overrun ig mainly due to
drywall and steel stud walls used where masonry walls were
orignally anticipated. Masonry was $37,200.00 under budget.

A copy of revised cost. analysis with the above contract. amounts
entered, Less GST, is attached. 69.74% of the construction costs
have been committed. oe
