Upon a recent inspection. we noted that you ‘have constructed. a boulevard
crossing without the City Engineers permission contrary to Section 3 of the

above noted bylaw. Fe Fa

Section 3 (6) States:
Except, and to the extent only, as authorized by a permit issued by the
Engineer pursuant to Section 4 of this Bylaw, no person shall:*

(6) construct a boulevard crossing, including 4 curb, ditch or sidewalk
crossing;
We hereby give you notice that this situation must be corrected within 21 days
of: the: date-of this letter, For specification and requirements on how your
boulevard crossing must be built please contact the Engineering Department.
On or about November 18, 1993:.a re-inepection of your property will take place.
