A Bylaw to amend the Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam Coutts Place Road Exchange
Bylaw 1993, No. 2765.

Whereas the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam has adopted Coutts Place Road Exchange
Bylaw No. 2765, 1993 and the Land Title Office has required an amendment to the legal
description of the former road allowance in that Bylaw; :

Now Therefore the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Coutts Place Road Exchange Amendment
Bylaw, 1993, No. 2812".

Coutts Place Road Exchange Bylaw, 1993, No. 2765 is hereby amended by deleting the
reference to Plan 2661 in Section 1(a) and 1(b) and replacing same with Plan 2261.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 21st day of June, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 21st day of June, 1993.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 21st day of June, 1993.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam this nd day of , 1993.
