Major urban development of the area east of the Coquidam River and normh of Lougheed is anacipated to commence in 1997. SCOPE OF STUDY eview existing as built records in both Port Coquidam and Coquidam: Review land use plans: Review projected traffic volumes in sub area waffic model (EMME II); Carry out preliminary geotechnical invesugauon: Meet with Engineenng staff at commencement of project and at 50%, 90% and 100% stages of the report: Cvaluate and compare routes for road and bridge locations; Provide preliminary vertical and honizonul alignments and intersection designs; Accommodation for pedesmiarvbicycle movements Local access and traffic circulation Submit 10 copies of draft report and 20 copies of final report Evaluate and compare altemative conceptual designs for bridge crossings; Provide order of magnitude costs for each alternative: n.
