SUBJECT: LOWER MAINLAND MUNICIPAL TENDER DOCUMENTS

That Council approve the participation of the City of Port Coquitlam in the
preparation of Phase II (standard detailed drawings) of the Lower Mainland Master
Municipal Tender Documents Program based on a cost contribution from the City
of Port Coquitlam of $3,000. |

_ That Council approve the participation of the City of Port Coquitlam in the Phase
If form of tender and securities of the Lower Mainland Master Municipal Tender
Document Program based on a contribution of $900 from the City of Port

Coquitlam.

That $3,900 be allocated from the 1992 Public Works Capital Fund for this
purpose. . |
