BACKGROUND: This rezoning application will facilitate the creation of two single family lota (119, 120) in iands located between the proposed road connector between Mary Hill Road and shaughneasy Street, shown on the attached Drawing No. 1, and lands recentlw zoned and subdivided for single family uses, immediately to the souta. COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS : Fire and Parks and Recreation Departments: No comments on this application. Engineering Department: Further services are not required for this rezoning application because the services are provided for under the Subdivision Engineering File No. $#25/90. Building Department: Building permite will be subject to services being completed. This has been discussed with the developer. DISCUSSION: the proposed rezoning will complement the larger rezoning and subdivision immediately to the south recently approved by Council. There ig no need for additional services and the proposed layout has been revised and approved several times by Council and the Approving Officer.
