Implementation:

To facilitate implementation of these guidelines, any Development
Permit issued for property within this Development Permit Area "IX",
may, subject to the restrictions of the Municipal Act, and unless
otherwise specified in the above guidelines, vary or supplement the
bylaws regulating zoning, parking, works and services, drainage,
Signs, screening, landscaping and subdivision.

Minor variations which do not change the intent of the guidelines may
be permitted without an amendment of the Development Permit Area
Guidelines, subject to the approval of the Director of Community
Planning.

Skating Proposal to Install 4 Spotlights.

That the Port Coquitlam Figure Skating Club proposal be approved, provided
that the lights are installed in a mutually agreeable location with the Parks
and Recreation Committee having final approval

And That upon installation the lights are turned over the City of Port
Coquitlam.
