MEMORANDUM

RE: Proposed Neighbourhood Pub at McLean and Brown

The Planning and Zoning Committee on April 18th reviewed the responses of
the local residents expressed during the April 4th Public Information Meeting.

The Committee is of the opinion that there was no overwhelming opposition to
the development of a neighbourhood pub on McLean and Brown. As a result the
Committee is recommending the following:

1.) A land use contract for the pub and support developments be prepared
and advanced to. Public Hearing.

2..) Support developments be controlled by the development guide lines of
M-~3 Zoning.

Copy of the minutes of the Public Information Meeting is attached.

Also attached is a summary of the survey of the opinions of the local residents
conducted by the developer. The survey was carried out based on terms set out
by the L.A.B.
