Freeman City Clerk Re: Zoning Amendment By-law Nos. 1334, 1335, and 1339 We have now been advised that Zoning Amendment By~law Nos. 1334 and 1335. _have received approval of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and together with By-law No. 1339, are now available for final reading. " Zoning Amendment By-law No. 1334 establishes revised side-yard requirements. By-law No. 1335 establishes revised regulations for the Industrial Zones and establishes M-1, M-2, and M~3 Zones. ; ~ Zoning Amendment By-law 1339 rezones the Tanchak and Huntington Rubber property to M-3 (Special Industrial) except for a small portion adjacent to the river which will be zoned A-1 (Agricultural). Each of the above noted By-laws requires a two-thirds majority ~ 5 affirmative votes. City Clerk
