It was generally agreed to delete Recommendation No. 6 from the Planner’s Report of July 6, 1994, regarding OCP Amendment Bylaw No. 2882 as attached to Council Agenda. : That a new Public Hearing on Bylaw No. 2882 be held; That the amendment to the Official Community Plan be modified to include only these lands lying between the end of the pavement on the Pitt River Road End and the end of the road on the foreshore side; . That in order to do this, Council authorize the Engineering Department to survey the road and to identify the portion of land described above; : That Council instruct the City Clerk to cancel by Bylaw, the portion of highway referred to in No. 2 above, and re-dedicate the portion of highway as a park; and That the new lot referred to above, be rezoned P-1 (Public Institutional) with an address on Pitt River Road and the Municipal Clerk be instructed to prepare the appropriate Rezoning .
