(Note: Applicant has been notified of this requirement and will provide reviaiona). Conatruct concrete sidewalk along full frontage of Kingaway and infill existing curb letdowna. Sanitary and atorm connections to be installed by City at developer's coat at building permit application. Site to be serviced with underground Aydro and telephone connections. Development Cost Charges will be asseased at building permit application. Building Department: 1. The fire access route and the location of the main entrance to the pbuilding will require further review by the designer. A revision is forthcoming from L.0. Lund & Associates. A building code review will be done at the time of the building permit application. Flood plain criteria will apply to this project.
