Febmary 14, 1994/4041 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporaion of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, February 14th, 1994, at 7:30 p m. Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, JJ. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart, R.H. Talbot, and M.A. Thompson were in attendance. Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Engineer LR. Zahynacz, Director of Community Planning CR. Felip, Director of Parks and Recreation K.J. Taylor, Fire Chief J.L. Baillic, and Director of Building Permits and Inspections J.D. Shardiow. PROCLAMATION: Whereas The Chamber of Commerce has been serving Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, and Port Moody for twenty three-years: And whereas its membership now stands at 717 with 203 members of Port Coquitlam; And whereas The Chamber of Commerce puts its faith in the individual who operates under the competitive enterprise system, to ensure the highest possible standard of living for ail British Columbians; And whereas The Chamber of Commerce stands for good citizenship, good government and good business; Now therefore I, Leonard M. Traboulay, Mayor of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam DO HEREBY PROCLAIM the week of February 14th, 1994 through to February 18th, 1994 as "CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WEEK" in the City of Port Coquitlam.
