Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; b. Submission of design drawings showing building heights and volumes, and the developer demonstrating that reasonable view corridors for the properties uphill are protected, to the satisfaction of the City; c. That a Public Information Meeting to display the design drawings be organized by the developer prior to introduction of the authorizing rezoning bylaw; d. That a restrictive covenant to limit the height of any construction to 24.0 feet on the proposed lots, be prepared and registered on the properties; and e. The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges. BACKGROUND: This application is for subdivision of the remainder of Lot D, Plan 5854, currently addressed as 1875 Harbour Avenue, and will permit the creation of two RS-2 lots.
