Consolidation of the properties into one lot;
Issuance of a Development Permit; and
g) The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges.
That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 107/92; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents, when completed, subject to
the conditions noted above.

That the City purchase Lot 3, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 17609, Ne v Westminster
District, more commonly known as 2523 Wilson Avenue, for the sum of $189,006 .00;

And that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the documents necessary for
the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Seal of the City thereto.
