The sign area shall have a height of 1.2 m (3.9 ft.) and a
width of 2.4 m (7.8 ft.).

The overall height of a freestanding development application
sign and its supporting structurea shall not exceed 2.4 m (7.8
ft.).

Development application signs shall be removed upon approval
of the subject application by City Council."
