BACKGROUND : This application will permit the construction of the second building within the Meridian Industrial Park Phase II. The subdivision creating this lot has been approved and all roads and services are near completion. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed development consists of a 22,000 ft* industrial building ° which includes 2,000 ft* of office space in the ground floor and an additional 2,000 ft* of office space in the top floor. The design is of good quality and fully complies with the provisions of the Zoning Bylaw. The site is partially visible from the Mary Hill Bypass and, like the remainder of this industrial area, from the Mary Hill residential areas.
