A. Fised Rate for Premises Used Solely for Residential Purposes:

This rate shall not apply to premises that have an unfiltered swimming
pool located thereon

apartment, condominium or any other form of mitiple housing

A discount of 10% shall be allowed on the total current year's annual
fixed water rate if that total amount is paid before the close of business

on the last Friday of March in each yaar,

B. Meter Rates?

gates for water shall be for the quantity used in any two (2) months
period as indicated by meter, which shall be installed on the water
service for the purpose of registering the quantity of water uged. ALL
rates for water shall become due and payable the first day of January, the
first day of March, the firat day of May, the firat day of July, the. firat
day of September and the first day of November each and every year, and a
discount of 10% shall be allowed on any mater rates that have been paid
prior to the expiration of two months after the due date hereinbefore set

forth. Rates shall be as follows:

0 ~ 1,000 cubie feet 23.00 minimum charge
