DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT?

From the Acting City Clerk, February 6th, 1992 regarding Development
Variance Permit No. 49/91 for 1586 Broadway Avenue.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of January 8th, 1992 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued for 1586 Broadway Street in the form appearing in the Agenda documents
of this Council meeting. .
