November 28, 1990 ~ letter from the City Solicitor indicating that there are still outstanding items on the park. Further to these letters, the Parks Superintendent has been continually attempting to get the situation resolved. 3. Skyline Park Solution The Parks Superintendent has been able to finally make contact with Mr. Sewell. The Parks & Recreation Department will do the upgrade and finalize the deficiencies at an estimated cost of $6,900.00. The work to be done is of a higher standard than agreed to in the original agreement. Mr. Sewell has agreed to pay 75% of the cost and hag signed the contact which was drawn up by the City Solicitor. The 25% cost to the City will be taken from the Park D.C.C. interest fund. There are sufficient funda in the Park c.Anterest fund WY (J oe ‘K.
