Every Owner to whom a permit is issued shall be responsible for the cost of repair of any damage to City works that occurs in the course of the work authorized by the permit. Every Owner to whom a permit is issued shall, during construction, keep: 9.3.1. the permit posted in a conspicuous place on the property in respect of which the permit is issued; and a copy of the approved drawings and specifications on the property in respect of which the permit was issued. INSPECTIONS 10.1. Every Owner shall give at least 48 hours notice to a Building Inspector prior to the start of work on the building site. Every Owner shall give at least 48 hours notice to a Building Inspector requesting an inspection and shall obtain an inspection and receive approval of the work by a Building Inspector: 10.2.1. after the forms for footings and foundations are complete, and after having obtained a survey certificate from a registered British Columbia Land Surveyor as to their location in relation to parcel boundarzes, but prior to placing any concrete therein; , after removal of formwork from a concrete foundation and installation of perimeter drain pipe and dampproofing but prior to backfilling against the foundation; 10.2.3. after granular base materials, dampproofing membrane and if applicable, reinforcing steel has been placed for the installation of a concrete floor slab but prior to placing of concrete; 10.2.4. before a building drain, sanitary or storm sewer is covered, and if any part of a plumbing system is covered before it is inspected and approved it shall be uncovered if a Building Inspector so directs, and when considered necessary, underground building drains, branches, storm drains, and sewers shall be re-tested after the completion of all backfilling and grading by heavy equipment;
