June 11, 1990/149 LATE ITEMS: From the City Clerk, June 1ith, 1990 regarding Latecomer Charge Waiver Agreement. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Farnworth: At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with J.K. Cooper Realty Ltd. dated the 24th day of May, 1990, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the said Country Park Estates in connection with the development of the lands described as: Lot 2, Plan 74062 and Lot B, Plan 9871, of D.L. 232, Group 1, New Westminster District are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sele benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall constitute "excess or extended services" as defined by Sec"ieu 990 of the Municipal Act. AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.
