The Building Department has also expressed some concerns that under the
current wording, the full frontage of a single family residence could be
brought forward to a 6 meters front yard setback, providing that every 6
meters or so the building has a small indentation back to the 7.5 meter

setback line.

The revised wording recommended in this report addresses the concerns
expressed by the Development Industry and by the Building Department.
