Carried. From the City Clerk, November 17th, 1988 regarding Property Consolidation - Central Park. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Talbot: That the subdivision plan prepared by Robert M. Reese, BCLS, and dated August 30th, 1988 where in the portion of dedicated road referred to in the “Central Park Road Exchange Bylaw, 1988, No. 2404" is added to adjacent property and Lots A and B with areas of 0.6500 ha and 0.5068 ha are created be and same is hereby approved; And That His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the said reference plan and such other documents as may be required on behalf of the City and affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.
