WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. All that portion of Parcel "A" (Bylaw Plan 74824) Section 6 Township 40,
New Westininster District Plan 20309 be sold to the Mihaly Math and Georgiua
Math, i170 Prairie Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. if terms satistactory to
Council can be agreed upon and no preferable aiternative proposa! is
received from any other person;

2 « The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the
"Real Property for Sale By Tender" Notice appearing in tne Agenda documents
of this Council meeting;

je The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

4. The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is
