A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated jn Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which.
are more particularly described as:

Lot A, Lot 35 and Lot 36
District Lot 464

Group One

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Single Family Residential) to RS-1A (Single Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zonin Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" js hereby amended to refiect this rezoning... boon a
