Eng.-, City Engineer SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit - 1864 Harbour Avenue Racommendation: That Counci! issue a Development Varlance Permit for the property at 1864 Harbour Avenue allowing. the subdivision of the property into two parts without the requirement for extending the sanitary sewer to the property. . Background aid Comments: This property Is being subdivided In order to provide a single family residential lot north of the Mary HII! Bypass Highway and a commercial lot on the south side of the Mary HII! Bypass. The process Is Identical to the process followed in the subdiviston of 1848 Harbour. In the subdivision of that lot, Councli did agree to a Development Variance Permit on the basis that the lot was already physically subdivided by the Highway and that legal subdivision was not changing the use of the property. As with 1848 Harbour, 1864 Harbour also has an existing house on the Property which Is being exempted from the requirement for extending the sewer. en, KKK grit: Peters, P.
