A Bylaw to amena the "City of Port Coguitiam P 15 1985
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No, 1651", JUN 10 1985

The Municipal Counct | of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam, tn open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows:

Subsection (1) of Section 28 of The "City of Port Coguitiam
Zoning Bytaw, 1979, No. 1651" is amenageg by Inserting,
after clause (e) the following as clause (¢);

"(f) One family residential shat be permitted where an
existing parcel of tang fs Too small to permit tawtuy|

PROVIDED thar al bulidings ang structures for Such
