From the Acting City Engineer, August 27th, 1984 regarding clean up

of City property southwest of G.V.H.C. Housing Development on Gately
Avenue. ;

Gates and "No dumping, trespassing or motorized vehicies! signs be
instalted at the south ends of Ticehurst and Burleigh road allowances.

2. The piles of debris found dumped at several areas within this parcel of
City property be hauled away.

The dead branches and trees within this parce! of City property be
stockpiled, in the interim, in an area to be selected by the Fire Chief

and subsequently burned as soon as possible after October 15, 1984,

The estimated cost of $1500 to implement Items -1 to 3 above be funded
from the 1984 Unallocated Public Works Capital Account.

The underbrush tocated along approximately 50 meters of the west bank of
the Coquitlam River south of the McAllister Footbridge be “cleared by the
Parks Department with funds budgeted ‘in’ 1984 for such purposes in that
Department.
