Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Keryluk
expressed concern regarding the Dominion. Avenue and Burns Road area and
suggested that the old pump be rewired for emergency use 80 there would
be three pumps available during heavy rains and referred to the need
for an additional. pump for Laurier Avenue. Alderman Traboulay expressed
appreciation to the City crews for the work during the rain storm and
suggested that a letter be written advising of the Council.'s appreciation.
Alderman Mabbett referred to the flooding problems on Victoria Drive and
the nged to contact the District of Coquitlam to correct these problems,
Alderman Muldoon requested cost estimates for the pumps at Dominion

Avenue and Laurier Avenue.
