Land Sales Committee

Re: Rezoning Application R#15-78

The proposal for rezoning and subdivision of a parcel of property
at 934 Victoria Drive is in progress and was referred to the Community
Development: Committee as there is a small piece of rvad allowance that
might possibly be closed and incorporated:in this development. A smail
map is attached showing the tentative subdivision layout and indicating
the portion of Somerset Street that is tc be abandoned.

Th2 Land Sales Committee has reviewed the request and recommends
that the small portion of road be abandoned and offered for sale to the
Developer at the rate of $1.50 per square foot. There is approximately
12,000 square feet of land involved.
