Building Permit for Duplex

. We have an application for a new duplex at 1563-65 Greenmount Avenue,
the lot in question is vacant and meets all the requirements for a two family Resid-
ential use as set down in the Present Zoning By-law. A visual inspection of the pro-
‘posed site has been made and is concurrent with our records on file of the area.
