Comments: Earlier a request for rezoning and subdivision was tendered by the applicant, . At that time a road right-of-way was requested in order to secure a future road pattern. in order the applicant meet the subdivision by-law minimum let require- ments a purchase of a 3.7' strip narrowing to 0' over 20¢' is necessary. This en- volves 740 sq. ft. of City land and contains a portion of a lane. It was generally agreed that the applicant be required to carry our the necessary consolidation and reimburse the City $100.00 for the land. Recommendation: The Committee recommends the iand strip shown on the attached plan be sold with an upset price of $100.00 and further that the land be coneaolidated with Lot 477, Plan 39184 at the applicant's expense.
