THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2415

A Bylaw to amend the Agreement authorized by the
“Genstar Servicing and Utility Agreement Bylaw No. 1, 1985, No. 2131".

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Council hereby authorizes the entering by the Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam of that certain agreement with Imasco Enterprises Inc.
attached as Schedule "A" and forming part of this Bylaw which said
agreement amends the agreement authorized pursuant to the provisions of
the "Genstar Servicing and Utility Agreement Bylaw No. 1, 1985, No. 2131".

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for
the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Genstar Servicing and
Utility Agreement No. 1 Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2415".
