NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam has the intention of selling that certain parcel of land in Port
Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as:

All that portion of Let 2, District Lot 463, Greup One, Plan 69169,
New Westminster District shown within the heavy outline on the plan appearing
in the agenda documents of the Council meeting of June 27th, 1988 containing
3,132 sq metres (33,720 sq feet), more or less.

This property is situated on the north side of 2100 Biock Wilson
Avenue and in the event that the the forgoing parcel is offered for sale the
lowest price which would be accepted for it is $252,900.00.

It is intended to sell the property to Leigh Square Holdings Ltd. and
the proposed sale is part a transaction that would see the City become the
owner of property owned by Leigh Square Holdings Ltd. at 2247 Wilson Avenue.
and 2275 Leigh Square.

If any person desires any further information regarding Council's
intention to sell this property, or would like to make any proposal for the
acquisition of it, please contact the undersigned on or before 12:00 o'clock
Noon on, Thursday, July 21st, 1988.
