That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coguitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: The East 28 m of The East 153 ft of Lot c District Lot 380 Group One Plan 5969 New Westminster District 1s hereby rezoned from RS5-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which ls more particularly described as: The East 153 ft of Lot C axcept the East 28m thereof District Lot 380 Group One Plan 5969 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT-l1 (Two family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
