a 108.6 m* portion of Lot 10, Pian 3106 in District Lot 379, Group 1, identified as Parcel “3" and shown ineluded within the heavy outline on a plan certified by Robert M. Reese, Britisn Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 12th day of June, 1991, and a 110.8 m* portion of Lot 11, Plan 3106 im District Lot 379, Group 1, identified as Parcel “4" and shown included within che heavy outline on a plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 12th day of June, 1991, and a 113.0 m2 portion of Parcel "A" (NIS5711E), Plan 3106 in District Lot 379, Group 1, identified as Parcel "5" and shown included within the heavy outline on a plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 12th day of June, 1991; all in New Westminster District, ac or for the price or sum of $1.00 and in exchange for that certain parcel or tract of land described in the preceding Section hereof. A copy of the plan referred to in Section 1 and Section 2 hereof is attached to this bylaw and made a part hereof. That portion of road described in Seetion 1 hereof is hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all kinds. Those portions of land described in Section 2 hereof, when conveyed to the City, shall be established as additions to the roads in the City. The. Mayer and City Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto. 7. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "“Ticehurst Lane Road Exchange Bylaw, 1991, No. 2609". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 8th day of July, 1991.
