That the City Clerk be authorized to prepare a Highway Exchange Bylaw under Section 574 of
the Municipal Act; and

That an estimated sum of $42,876.00 be approved to create a small playground at the west end of
Nacht Avenue; and -

That the monies for this playground be taken from the Park DCC Interest Fund.
