Please find enclosed the EDC AP 2 requesting approval to tender site
preparation work at Scott Creek Middle School. This RDCAP is returned
"NOT APPROVED", :

As mentioned to you at recent meetings, government is presently in the
process of reviewing capital funding, particularly anticipated cash flow.
Completion of this review may affect a number of existing projects as well as
the proposed 1994/95 Capital Plan. Until this review is finalized, the
Ministry is not prepared to approve districts to proceed Ia tender major
projects.

Depending on the outcome of the government review and after
announcement of the 1994/95 Capital Plan, the EDCAP 2. may be
resubinitted.
