DISCUSSION:

Approval of this application will permit the Strata Title subdivision of
an existing duplex. The owner lives at 1743 Dorset, the tenant at, 1745
Dorset has been notified that there will be no change in tenancy for a period
of six months, as required by the Strata Title application procedure. It is
therefore, recommended that this application be approved.
