1) That Pitt River Road sidewalk be awarded to Jack
Cewe Ltd. at a tendered price of $81,748.09.

2) That Stella Place storm sewer be awarded to Jack
Cewe Ltd. at a tendered price of $71,983.83.

3) That an additional $20,000 dollars be allocated
to the Stella Place storm sewer project from the
Public Works Special Capital Reserve.

Four contractors bid on a combined contract for the
construction of Stella Place Storm Sewer and Pitt
River Road sidewalk.
