The total cost for the Langan A:venue extension was estimated to be $ 190,130. The
turds are to come from land sale reserve. The price breakdowm is as follows:

STREET LIGHT DUCTIN Gone 2,500

TOTAL COST: $190,130

By installing street light ducting, street lighting cam easily be installed at a later
date. :

4 watermam installation was deemed umecessary because other nearby
watermains can meet any future servicing requicements.
