RE: Discharge of Restrictive Covenant (Lot 17, Plan 67777).

RESOLUTION:

That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the attached form
of Discharge of a Covenant which is currently registered against Lot 17, Pian
67777.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS :

The resolution noted above has been recommended for passage by our City
Engineer and as will be seen from the two plans following this report the
covenant proposed to be released will be immediately replaced by another
covenant that covers a lIlarger area. Since these covenants for the
preservation of watercourses are now registered in favor of the Provincial
Ministry of Environment only the Ciry will not be involved in the registration

of the new covenant.
